论新时期我国农村的社会保障制度

分析了在我国农村社会、经济发展的新时期、城乡居民间社会保障的不公平问题，农村人口的老龄化问题、农村土地制度的改革问题，加入世界组织对农业的负面影响问题以及农民的消费需求问题，阐述了建立与完善我国农村社会保障制度所具有的时代意义。

On Social Security System of Rural Area in China in New Stage.

In the new stage of social and economic development of rural area, we are faced with the following problems: the unfairness of social security between town and county, the old-age of rural population, the reform of farmland system, the negative influence of WTO on agriculture in China, and the consumption demand of peasant. These problems are combined in the paper to set forth the era significance of social security system of rural area in China.
