| 摘 要： | 本文从循环经济理论出发,探讨了黑龙江省林区产业发展循环经济的重大意义,同时对黑龙江省林区产业的发展现状及存在的问题进行了剖析;在此基础上,重点构建了黑龙江省林区循环经济发展体系,指明了黑龙江省林区产业循环经济体系构建的发展重点;提出了黑龙江省林区产业循环经济体系发展对策.

| Abstract: | From the circular economic theory,this article discusse the great significance of Heilongjiang forest industry development,and it analyzed Heilongjiang forest industry development situation and existing problems.Based on this,this article focus on the construction of Heilongjiang province's forest circular economy system,points out the development emphases and suggested the countermeasures of Heilongjiang forest area circular economy system. |
