我国生猪产业市场机制的缺陷及其对策

2007年以来的猪肉价格飙升,使生猪产业受到全社会的广泛关注和我国政府的高度重视.针对市场供应不足引起价格飙升,国家先后出台了一系列生猪生产扶持政策.事实上,单纯的生产扶持政策不仅难以解决生猪产业发展存在的一系列问题,还可能加剧未来市场波动风险.本文认为,当前建立在分散的屠宰场交易模式之上的生猪产业市场机制,是我国生猪产业发展存在的一系列突出问题的重要原因;另一方面,发展生猪期货交易是我国生猪产业发展的重要战略,但落后的现货市场阻碍了生猪期货的推出.解决当前我国生猪产业的发展困境,必须构建专门的区域性生猪集中交易市场,在此基础上完善生猪产业市场机制.
