| 摘 要： | 城镇化与农业可持续发展是相辅相成的。认为城镇化水平低导致城镇部门的市场需求对农业部门的拉动作用明显不足，以及十分庞大的农村剩余劳动力必然限制农业环境的改善。城镇化的加速发展可以形成巨大的农产品消费市场，刺激商品农业和高附加值农业发展，从而推动农业的可持续发展。最后提出了以农业可持续发展为基点的城镇化政策取向。

| Abstract: | Urbanization is supplment to agricultural sustainable development each other.The lower level of urbanization bring on that city's market need don't speed agricultural development,but also quite enormous spare labour force in county must limit the improve of agricultural environmental.The speed develop of urbanization may come into huge consumed market of farm produce, and that stimulate the development of ware agriculture and high append value agriculture,thereby that promote agricultural sustainable development.In the end ,the policy tropism of urbanization based on agricultural sustainable development has been put forward. |
