新农村建设中农村金融风险的生成机理与防范化解

新农村建设需要农村金融提供大力支持，然而由于制度、历史以及自身的诸多因素的影响。我国农村金融领域积蓄了较大的金融风险。本文从新农村建设的视角，以农村正规金融机构的金融风险为研究对象，立足于体制转轨这一特殊的时代背景，运用实证分析和规范分析相结合的方法，考察了农村金融风险的现状。系统分析了它的主要表现和内在特征，深入剖析了它的生成机理，并对新农村建设中防范和化解农村金融风险的对策进行了研究。

Forming Mechanism and Decreasing of Rural Financial Risk during Building of New Socialist Countryside

The building of new socialist countryside needs large support provided by rural finance.However, affected by institutional reasons,historical and internal factors,rural finance area accumulates more financial risk. On the basis of the building of new socialist countryside,taking financial risk from rural normal finance institutions as research orientation and under the special background of system transformation,the thesis examines the actuality of rural financial risk by means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,systematically summarizes its main representations and internal characteristics,thoroughly analyzes its forming mechanism and studies some against rural financial risk.
