安徽省粮食生产的波动性分析与政策建议

本文利用波动指数测算了1978-2004年间安徽粮食生产的波动周期和波动幅度,揭示了粮食生产的波动变化规律,系统分析了自然灾害、宏观经济政策、农业投入、科技进步、粮食流通等因素对粮食生产波动的影响,结合粮食主产区粮食生产现状,提出了发展粮食主产区粮食生产的对策建议。

Analysis on Fluctuation and Influence Factors of Grain Production and Its Countermeasures in Anhui

This article uses fluctuant index to measure fluctuating cycle and range of grain production in Anhui Province,and post the movement rules of grain product fluctuant.The article also analyse the infliences of natural disaster,macroeconomic policy,agriculture inputment,progress of science and technology,and grain distribution,etc.On grain production in Anhui,and put forward the countermeasures to develop grain product of main grain productive area based on the states in quo of main grain product area.
