| 摘 要： | 本文从人力资源、土地资源、资金流动、生态环境方面,概述了都市农业脆弱性的表现,认为随着城市化进程的快速推进,机会成本的驱使,都市农业赖以发展的人财物生产要素存在不合理的流动,是都市农业脆弱性形成的主要原因。提出推进都市农业健康发展,必须提高认识,增强保护意识;促进农村劳动力的有序健康流动;改善投资环境,促进资金流入;加强土地资源的保护和市场化。
