| 摘 要： | 随着经济的快速发展与城市化进程的不断加快,城市污染通过污染产业和污染物质两种途径向郊区及偏远农村地区转移和扩散,导致农村生态环境问题更趋恶化.转移和扩散的动因既有经济理性论和思想文化因素在内的理论依据,也有城市环境基础设施薄弱及农村环境保护管理意识薄弱的现实基础.城市污染向农村地区转移和扩散,导致农村地区产生严重的生态后果和社会矛盾,是人与自然、城市与农村之间的社会和政治问题.因此,应从战略的高度重视城市污染向农村地区转移和扩散带来的生态和社会问题.
