| 摘 要： | 分析了农业劳动力转移和农业机械化发展的相关性。结果表明，农业机械装备弥补了农业劳动力转移出去后农业生产中的有效农业劳动力空缺，并为农村工业化和城市化提供充足的劳动力供应。同时指出，为保证社会稳定，需要使农业机械化发展进程与农业劳动力转移进程协调。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the relationship between transferring of agricultural labor and agricultural mechanization, this paper point out that agricultural machinery made up for agriculture labor missing that the transfer of agriculture labor caused and provided enough labor supply for industrialization and urbanization. In order to ensure social stability, so that the development progress of agricultural mechanization would coordinate with the progress of agricultural labor transferring. |
