中国乳品产业发展模式的转型与对策

中国乳品产业经历了十多年的快速增长,已经进入转型阶段。本文结合中国乳品产业的发展实践,对比分析产业发展的两种主要模式,研究认为以公司+奶农为主体的先发模式曾对中国乳品产业的发展起到了巨大的推进作用,但是由于原料奶交易中缺乏合理的利益分配机制,乳品企业间存在过度竞争和乳制品消费低水平饱和,先发模式已经不适应中国乳业的发展;先高端奶源再市场的后发模式,通过公司十牧场的前向一体化方式整合了价值链,它不但能够凸显奶源环节的优势,有利于中国乳品产业的健康发展,而且是被国际实践证实的乳品产业发展的有效途径。提出应通过奶源组织模式的改革和乳品企业主导的一体化进程来引导中国乳品产业向后发模式转型。

Development Mode Transform of Chinese Dairy Industry and its Countermeasures
