摘    要:在分析水稻生产历史、粮食消费和国际贸易的基础上,指出水稻在我国粮食生产中具重要地位,水稻的稳定增产对保障国家食物安全起基础作用;在对国内外水稻单产水平进行比较的基础上,分析了我国水稻的生产潜力,提出水稻单产还有很大的提高空间,可以满足我国未来对稻谷的需求;探讨了确保粮食安全的水稻发展对策。

Abstract:Based on the history of rice production,from the view of grain consume and world grain commerce,the paper pointed out the importance of rice production in china agricultural food production,the stable increase of rice yield was the guarantee of national grains safety;based on the comparison of the rice yield perhectare home and abroad,rice production potential was analyzed,the paper point out rice yield perhectare in China still had grade increase space,rice yield could meet the demand of future;The development strategies of rice production to guarantee China national food safety was also probed.
