| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡发展是重庆"新特区"建设的核心任务.作为全市的支柱产业,旅游业在促进农民增收、推进城乡一体化建设方面作用显著.文章从统筹城乡发展的视角,分析了旅游业在"新特区"建设中的作用,总结了"新特区"背景下旅游业呈现的新特征,最后提出了重庆旅游业发展的基本思路.
