广东省进城务工农民状况分析及启示

2004年春以来，广东省许多地区出现了“民工短缺”现象。通过对广东进城务工农民状况的调查及分析，论证进城农民工在国民经济发展中的重要作用、进城农民工分布与广东产业结构的密切关系。通过对广东进城农民工职业状况的分析，指出了进城农民工文化素质及职业技能状况与经济发展不相适应，由此产生“结构性民工短缺”。提出进城农民工问题，必须从广东产业结构的调整及升级来考虑，进城农民工的结构性短缺使职业培训已刻不容缓。

Analysis and Enlightenment from Present Situation of Migrant Workers in Guangdong

Since the spring of 2004, There has been a shortage of laborers in many places in Guangdong. Bases on the investigation of this condition, the writer proves the important rote the migrant workers play in the development of the national economy and the close relationship between the distribution of immigrant workers and industrial structure in Guangdong and they have become the important composition part of the industrial workers.By analysing the vocational condition of the migrant workers ,the writer point out that the reason of "structural shortage of migrant workers" is their cultural character and professional ability condition do not suit with economic development and the problem of migrant workers must be considered from he adjustment and upgrade of the industrial structure in Guangdong and the vocational training for them Has been urgent because of the structural shortage of migrant workers.
