呼伦贝尔区域生态系统发展态势能值分析——以陈巴尔虎旗为例

摘    要:应用H.T.Odum能值理论对呼伦贝尔典型牧区-陈巴尔虎旗(简称陈旗)1982—1985年及1991—2002年能值投入及产出、种植业系统能值变化、畜牧业系统能值变化及主要能值指标变化进行分析,结果表明,1982年以来,尤其是20世纪90年代以来,陈旗无偿环境能值投入占总能值的90%以上;从能值产出看,2002年其总能值产出达到1.29Z0sej/a,是1982年的8.4倍;就种植业系统而言,2002年单位面积小麦和油菜能值产出分别为382.6Gsej/年和2.89Tsej/年,比1982年分别增加113.9%和296.8%;在畜牧业系统内,2002年奶业、肉牛及肉羊能值产出分别占畜牧业总能值产出的47%、17.81%和20.34%;从能值指标变化看,1982—2002年,陈旗净能值产出率、能值投入率、环境负荷率、可持续发展指数均处于上升趋势,而人均能值占有量则处于下降趋势。但从总体上分析,陈旗仍然处于低投入、低产出的传统阶段,急需加大投入和开发力度,提升整体水平。

Abstract:Based on the emergy theory of H.T.Odum,the emergy input and output,emergy change of planting system and animal husbandry system,and main indices of emergy were analyzed in Chenbaerhu county-typical pasturing area of Hulunbeier from 1982 to 2002.The research resulted showed that: since 1982,especially1990s,more than 90% emergy input was environmental emergy;the total emergy output in was 1.29Zsej,about 8.4 times higher than 1982.In 2002,emergy output of wheat and rape were 382.6Gsej per hectare,and 2.89Tsej per hectare,respectively.Compared with 1982,the emergy output per hectare of them was increased 113.9% and 296.8%,respectively.In the animal husbandry system,the emergy output of milk,beef,and mutton was 47%,17.81%,and 20.34% of the total emergy,respectively in 2002.From 1982 to 2002,emergy yield ratio,emergy investment ratio,environmental loading ratio,and emergy-based sustainability index increasing,however,the emergy per capita decreasing.The result also showed that Chenbaerhu county was still stayed the traditional of low-input and low-output phase,in order to quicken the development of Chenbaerhu County,increasing investment and deepening exploitation is necessary.
