Application of Traceability in Food Safety

Food safety has became the world issue and caused many losses to consumers.Food safety is caused by many reasons such as economy,technology and politics.In order to control the food hazard,EU,Japan and USA have been making research and have made some progress.Traceability has been used to prevent and decrease the food hazard in EU and Japan.China government should construct our food safety system The experience of taceability may be used for reference.
