海南番木瓜产业发展的优势及政策建议——兼谈世界番木瓜产业

摘    要:本文利用联合国粮农组织数据库(FAOSTAT)中1990-2010年的番木瓜生产的数据,分析了世界番木瓜产业发展的形势与特点,并对中国番木瓜市场的现状进行了简要评价。通过运用SWOT分析法,阐述了海南番木瓜的产业的发展现状,指出海南番木瓜产业虽然有着先天的自然坏境优势以及较强的农业技术优势,但是依然存在着诸如生产加工技术落后,高素质人才短缺,番木瓜品种混杂,政府保护服务职能不够等问题。提出加大政府扶持力度,创建龙头企业,培育优良品种,加强企业合作等相关政策建议。

Abstract:By using international papaya production data from FAOSTAT in the year 1990-2010, the article analyzed the papaya industry development situation and characteristics, and the present situation of the papaya market in China is evaluated. At the same time in this paper, through the SWOT analysis method is expounded of Hainan papaya industry development present situation, it pointed out that the Hainan papaya industry although there are congenital natural environmental advantages and strong agricultural technology advantage, but still exist such as production and processing technology, high-quality talent shortage, papaya variety, government protection service functions is not enough. Therefore, to strengthen government support, create a leading enterprise, breeding excellent varieties, it is necessary to put forward strengthening the cooperation between enterprises and other related policy recommendations.
