滇池流域生态经济系统特征与区域协调发展土地利用模式研究

土地利用模式是区域生态经济协调发展的重要途径和驱动因素。滇池流域生态经济系统存在明显的生态环境约束,土地利用中社会经济发展与生态用地供需矛盾尖锐,土地利用结构与空间布局不尽合理,地集约节约利用程度低,土地利用对生态环境的影响日益突出。分析了滇池流域土地利用和生态经济协调发展中存在的主要问题,根据滇池流域其用地特征和功能定位,基于土地的生态化利用、集约节约利用和区域可持续发展,设计了滇池流域生态经济协调发展的4种土地利用模式:湖滨区域土地利用模式、湖滨外围土地利用模式、生态修复区土地利用模式和飞地型土地利用模式。最后对土地利用模式的形成及实施进行了讨论。

Characteristics of Ecological Economic System and Land Use Pattern for Regional Coordinated Development of the Dianchi Lake Watershed

This paper analyzes the characteristics of ecological economic system and the main problems existed in ecological economy coordinated development in the Dianchi Lake watershed. Hold that the ecological economic system of the Dianchi Lake watershed has the following characteristics:obvious ecological environment constraints, relatively closed ecological economic system with apparent evolution feature,clear urban and rural dual structure and rapid urbanization. There exist the following problems in the land use process in the watershed:sharp supply-demand contradiction between social economic development and ecological land use, irrational land use structure and space layout, low degree of land intensive utilization of resources, poor agricultural and environmental protection infrastructure, serious effect of land use on ecological environment. Based on these,the paper puts forward four land use patterns for coordinated development of ecological economy in the Dianchi Lake watershed:lakeside region land use mode; lakeside peripheral land use mode; ecological restoration zone land use pattern and enclave land use pattern. Finally, the paper discusses the formation and implementation of land use pattern.
