| 摘 要： | 本文依据人力资本理论和终身教育思想，阐述了构建农民终身教育体系的理论基础；分析了我国新农村建设和农村人力资本的现状与作用及其重要意义；从农村成人教育的管理体制、办学形式和模式、教学方式、专业设置诸方面，提出了构建农民终身教育体系的对策和具体措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the human capital theory and the lifelong education thought, this thesis has elaborated theoretical foundation of how toconstruct farmer lifelong education; then analyzed the new rural construction of China and the present situation,the function and its vital significance of countryside human capital. At last, this thesis proposed the countermeasure and specific measure on constructing farmer lifelong education system from the countryside adult education management system, the school form and the pattern, the teaching way, the specialized establishment various aspects and so on. |
