| Abstract: | Land is an fundamental natural resource for human being.Based on the fact that Hunan province is confronted with intense contradictions between population and land ,agricultural land and construction land, land rearrangement, one of which is a form of cultured land supplement, is essential to the sustainable development of agriculture and national economy. The important role of carrying out land rearrangement is comprehensively discussed, and the potential of farmland rearrangement and village remoulding is thoroughly analysed in Hunan province. Consequently, some countermeasures are put forwards to do land rearrangement well in Hunan province. |
