| 摘 要： | 本文从耕地利用结构、耕地质量及生产力水平,分析了湖南省耕地利用现状,指出耕地利用中存在的坡耕地及低产田比重大、耕地数量不断减少、人地矛盾突出、耕地质量下降等主要问题.基于粮食安全、经济发展和生态环境保护目标,根据湖南省未来人口、人均生活水平、粮食总量的需求,采用数学模型,对2015年和2020年的粮食和经济作物、非农建设占用耕地对耕地的需求量进行了预测. |
