| 摘 要： | 本文从物质资本积累和人力资本积累两个方面，分析了我国社会主义新农村建设存在的障碍，在对我国财政支农现状进行实证分析的基础上，阐述了财政支持对社会主义新农村建设的重大意义，进而提出了财政支持社会主义新农村建设的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Article analyzed the obstacles existing in the construction of socialist new countryside from the accumulation of matter capital and human capital.The article expounded the role played in the construction of socialist new countryside by the financial support,on the basis of real diagnosis analysis to the present situation of our country's finance supporting to countryside.The article gave some countermeasures on how financial policy to support the construction of socialist new countryside. |
