| 摘 要： | 从新制度经济学角度分析我国农业产业一体化，构建了一个新制度经济学视角下的农业产业一体化中组织形式的理论分析框架，然后利用这个理论框架分析了目前我国农业产业一体化中各种组织形式存在的问题，提出以“股份龙头企业＋大股东控制的股份合作社＋入股农户”的组织形式作为今后我国农业产业一体化组织形式的方向。
