| 摘 要： | 本文分析了粮食安全与耕地资源安全的基本内涵及其相互关系，耕地资源安全是粮食安全的基础，粮食安全可以促进耕地资源安全程度的提高。提高粮食安全与耕地资源安全的协同保障措施：进口部分粮食，推进土地整理战略、加强粮食主产区建设，加强农业科技应用。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the basic connotation and relation between food security and cultivated land resources security. Cultivated land resources security is the base of food security,and food security may promote cultivated land resources security improving.It upgrades the degrees of food security and cultivated land resources security through the import of grain, carting out the strategy of land readjustment, strengthening the grain main production area construction,the application of agricultural science and technology. |
