| 摘 要： | 人口众多，人均农业资源很少，自然环境急剧恶化，总体经济发展水平落后，区域经济发展极不平衡，是我国农业现代化建设的特殊国情。借鉴国外成功经验，必须重视我国与发达国家农业现代化建设起步的历史条件差异，不能照般发达国家农业现代化模式；必须遵循经济发展规律，尊重农民利益和意愿，纠正工农关系，发展模式应多元化。
