| 摘 要： | 本文简述了公益林生态效益市场化补偿的理论研究与实践动态。对我国公益林生态效益补偿的市场化提出一些建议，例如明晰公益林生态产权、降低交易成本、提供相关信息和创新相关制度等；同时提出以虚拟的公益林生态产品，即某种“生态权利”，作为公益林生态效益的市场交易对象。分析了意识形态及其教育在公益林生态效益补偿的市场交易中的作用。

| Abstract: | Paper simply expounds theory and practice of ecological benefit market compensation of non-commercial forest. Put forward some suggestions for ecological benefit market compensation of non-commercial forest in China, such as defining ecological property fight, reducing deal cost, providing correlated information and innovating correlated system. Meanwhile,the paper put forward that certain ecological rights,which take the place of ecological product of non-commercial forest, can be regarded as market trade objection of ecological benefit of non-commercial forest.Analyzes ideology and its education effect on market trade of ecological benefit compensation of non-commercial forest. |
