闽台水产品国际市场竞争力比较研究

本文利用国际市场占有率、显示性比较优势指数和贸易竞争指数,比较研究1996-2010年福建与台湾水产品在国际市场上的竞争力状况。结果表明:无论从哪个角度分析,福建水产品国际市场竞争力不断提升,具备竞争优势的水产品种类逐步增多,而台湾竞争力则不断下降,具备竞争力的水产品种类较少,主要集中在鱼类产品上。总体上,福建水产品的国际竞争力要强于台湾。最后,本文在得出结论的基础上,提出扩大ECFA早收清单的水产品范围、鼓励台湾渔业企业到福建投资以及合作,展开差异性的国际市场营销策略的政策建议。

Comparison of International Market Competition in Aquatic Products of Fujian and Taiwan

By means of market share, revealed comparative advantage and trade competitiveness index, this paper comparatively analyzed the change of the international market competition in aquatic product of Fujian Province and Taiwan. The result shows that the competitiveness of aquatic product in Fujian is continuously enhancing and there are more and more species of aquatic product with competitive advantage, which in Taiwan is declining and the species with competitive advantage is decreasing, the species with competitive advantage in Taiwan is mainly fish product. At last, on the base of concluding, this paper also makes policy recommendations which are increasing the aquatic products in product list under the early harvest in ECFA, encouraging Taiwan fishery enterprises to invest in Fujian and taking different marketing strategy through cooperation
