论农业科技创新人才的培养

农业科技创新人才培养是一个系统工程．其培养质量受本人素质、导师水平、培养条件、管理制度等多种因素的影响。培养对象作为一个受教育者．其思想观念和行为养成与教育者主导的教育观念和教育过程的实施密切相关。由于培养单位在思想观念、培养机制、管理制度、招生选拔人、培养方式上存在着问题．从而影响和制约了农业科技创新人才培养质量。提高农业科技创新人才培养质量必须按照“明确任务——搭建平台——建立措施——实现目标”步骤．注重培养方式方法、管理制度、招生工作机制、个性化培养模式、评价激励机制的创新；抓好培养对象选拔、课程学习、论文开题研究中期考核、学术交流、论文评审等六个环节工作；切实抓好德育、培养方案、课程体系改革、教师考评、创新能力培养基地建设等七项措施的落实。

On Cultivation of Creative Talents in Agricultural Science and Technology

The cultivation of the creatives in agricultural science and technology is a systematic project,the efficiency of which is influenced by various factors including trainee's quality,tutor's learning,cultivation condition and administrative syatem.Being an educatee,the trainee will have the concept and behavior,which are tightly tied up with the educational concept of the educator and the provess of putting education into practice.Due to the problems existing in idea,cultivation mechanism,administrative system,the ways of trainees'selection and cultivation,the efficiency of the cultivation of the creatives is affected.To improve the efficiency of the cultivation means to take the steps of"clarifying task-building flat roof-adopting measures-achieving the goal".Emphasis must be laid on the innovation of the cultivating methods,administrative system,trainee selection mechanism,individuation of cultivation model and evaluation mechanism.Attention must be paid to the six steps-trainees selection,course study,thesis presentation,academic exchange and thesis assessment.The seven measures must be to ensure the accomplishment of moral education,cultivation plan,curricular system reform,assessment on teachers,cultivation of innovation and base construction.
