| 摘 要： | 农业科技园区技术推广是我国多元化农业技术推广体系的重要组成部分.本文从农业的生产和经营、农产品特性、农业技术推广和交易过程,分析了农业技术的准公共产品特征.依据公共产品性质,将农业技术推广分为公益型、市场型、公益和市场结合型三种类型;并在此基础上,阐述了农业科技园区技术推广的属性.从技术推广体系、市场载体、园区龙头企业,提出了加强农业科技园区技术推广的政策建议.
