| 摘 要： | 分析了上海市农村集体土地使用权流转的发展演变过程。总结了上海市农村土地流转的特点,即市场发育水平高、城乡土地市场一体化程度高、非农地产流转是市场主体、土地使用权流转与招商引资和解决“三农问题”相结合、土地流转使多元投资成为郊区发展的主力军。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the courses of exchange of collective land since the introduction of household contract responsibility in r ural of Shanghai, and discusses some pieces of its characteristics, for example, the high level of land market having developed and the integratization of rural and urban land market, and the land market used for construction being the main part, and lanf exchange well cooperating with financing and solving"three agro -problems", and the multiinvestors having become the main ones to develop the s uburban. |
