| 摘 要： | 本文基于1992年到2009年的数据,研究了三峡库区的就业结构偏差问题,发现三峡库区就业结构偏差呈扩大趋势,已严重影响了三峡库区农业产业结构调整和农业现代化步伐,并使库区农村长期处于贫困落后状态。从制度、政策和人口素质等方面,探讨了就业结构偏差大的原因。从优化库区城镇体系、统筹城镇基础设施建设、突破城镇发展体制和资金瓶颈等方面,提出了加速三峡库区城镇化进程的政策建议。
