| 摘 要： | 自新中国成立70周年来,我国农业农村现代化实现了举世瞩目的跨越发展。经历了起步期、制度建设期、转型发展期、深化升级期和快速发展期等五个发展时期,在农业综合生产能力、农业产业结构调整、农业技术水平、农业产业化经营、农村扶贫与农民收入增加、农业资源保护与农村环境改善等方面取得了突出成就,但是要实现农业农村现代化的进一步发展,还需解决农业生产效率偏低、基础设施薄弱、城乡差距较大、农业规模化经营进展缓慢、小农户与现代农业衔接不足和农业农村金融服务能力较差等突出问题。为此文章提出坚持农业农村优先发展、完善农业三大体系、推动农业高质量发展、培育乡村发展新动能、提升农业全要素生产率、建立农民增收长效机制、健全乡村振兴多元投入保障机制、发展乡村特色产业、促进小农户与现代农业的有机衔接等观点推动我国农业农村现代化发展。
