西红柿成熟度与电特性关系的无损检测研究

摘    要:本文利用LCR电棋逢对手测量仪和无损检测方法测定了不同成熟度(青、微红和红)西红柿的介电常数、等效阻抗、介质损耗因数等电特性。试验结果表明:在加载频率一定时,随着成熟度的提高,西红柿的相对介电常数增大,等效阻抗减小。在4KHz-150KHz的频段内,随着加载频率的增大,等效阻抗减小,相对介电常数略有减小,介质损耗因在4KHz-20KHz的频段内变化较小。

Abstract:The tomatoes' dielectric properties, such as relative dielectric constant, equivalent impedance value and equivalent impedance value, in different maturity (green ,light red and red)were measured by applying LCR electrical bridge instrument and nondestructive measurement.The experimental results show that the relative dielectric constant increase and the equivalent impedance valve decrease with the improvement of tomato's maturity under definite frequency.In the frequency band from 4KHz to 150KHz, the equivalent impedance value decrease and relative dielectric constant decreases a little with the increase of frequency.The dielectric loss factor changes a little in the frequency from 4KHz-20KHz.
