| 摘 要： | 通过对农产品物流特性及现状的分析，指出了传统农产品物流模式存在的问题，然后提出了基于信息网络的农产品SCOR模型，并构建了信息网络环境下的农产品物流供应链模式，说明了该模式的优点。最后通过上海市淡水产品供应链物流管理模式的实证分析，证明农产品供应链物流管理模式的有效性和实用性，为我国农产品物流的信息化、集成化及农业产业化提供了值得参考的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the property and actuality of agricultural product logistics, indicates the problem existed in the agricultural product logistics. Then provides the SCOR model of agricultural product logistics based on information network, builds the SCM mode of agricultural product logistics under the environment of information network, and explains the advantage of the mode. At last, provides a positive study on aquatic product logistics SCM mode in Shanghai to invest the validity and practicability of the mode. This management mode proposes referenced suggestions to the infomationization, integration of agricultural product logistics and agriculture industrialization. |
