河北省农业生态安全障碍度评价与对策研究

运用因子贡献度、指标偏离度和单项障碍度的方法以及农业生态安全评价指标体系对河北省四大农业生态区生态安全指标的障碍度进行了计算,并探寻了不同农业生态区生态安全的障碍性因子。结果表明,影响河北省农业生态安全的障碍性因子有:农药使用强度、单位农业产值物耗、化肥使用强度、人均水资源量、贫困人口比例、单位农业产值能耗和农作物单产水耗等。针对河北省农业生态的主要问题:农业面源污染加剧、水资源短缺、水环境质量下降以及环京津贫困带等,应采取以下对策:大力实施农业节能降耗;开发生态家园富民工程,发展循环农业;推行节水和旱作农业,完善水制度和水管理;逐步实施跨区域生态补偿。

Assessment on Obstacle Degree and Countermeasures of Agricultural Ecological Security in Hebei Province
