当代市场经济潮流中儒商精神的缺失与儒商文化的现代意义及其践行

本文分析了儒商、儒商精神及儒商文化与商业经济之间不可分割的关系,结合当下工商业界存在的诚信失范、商业伦理迷途等道德困境,提出儒商文化发展应顺应时代的要求。并从四个方面探讨了儒商文化的基本精神及其践行路径,即:重新认识儒商文化的当下价值,弘扬儒商精神;倡导新型商业伦理,推进商道重建;推动儒商"与时俱进",加快儒商文化的现代转型;增进商会与企业的交流及资源整合,改善民营企业发展环境。

Lack of Confucian Merchants Spirit under Contemporary Market Economic Tide and Confucian Merchants Culture Modern Meaning and Its Practice

An analysis on the integral relations between confucian merchants,its spirit and culture and the commerce economy.This thesis analyzes the moral predicament in the present business community.Such as integrity anomie,distortion of commercial ethic ect.It puts forward that the development of confucian merchants culture should meet the need of era.Also,the basic spirits and the implementing ways of confucian merchants culture are discussed from four aspects.Including rediscovering the present value of confucian merchants culture and expanding its spirit,proposing new commercial ethic and rebuiding the commercial atmosphere,expediting confucian merchants advance with the times and accelerating its modern transformation,enhancing the interflow and resource integration between chamber of commerce and enterprise and improving the development environment of private enterprises.
