摘    要:利用奶牛家庭饲养成本收益面板数据,基于DEA-Malmquist生产率指数方法,分析了中国10省奶牛家庭饲养全要素生产率增长率及增长方式。结果表明,2004-2009年中国10个奶业省奶牛家庭饲养方式全要素生产率年均增长率为-0.7%;对全要素生产率增长率的分解结果显示,技术进步减缓是导致全要素生产率负增长的主要原因,技术效率的作用不显著,同时规模效率存在损失。因此进一步推动技术进步、由散养向家庭适度规模饲养转变,成为转型期奶牛家庭饲养方式的现实选择。

Abstract:Based on the DEA-Malmquist productivity index method,this paper analyzes the growth rate and growth mode of the total factor productivity(TFP) of household dairy businesses of 10 provinces in China using cost benefit panel data during 2004 to 2009.The result indicates the growth rate of the TFP of above 10 province household dairy businesses is-0.7%.The decomposing analysis of that rate show that the negative growth of technology progress is the main reason for the reduced growth rate of TFP,and the technological efficiency is not an outstanding factor,and also there is a loss of scale efficiency.Therefore,promoting technological progress and appropriate scale operation are the realistic choices for the household dairy businesses.
