| 摘 要： | "农民工"是一个历史概念,其称谓有"盲流、打工仔、打工妹、农村外出从业人员"等概念;但"农民工"一词广为流传、影响深远。其释义尚无定论,已有文献主要考虑户籍、职业、产业、劳动关系、工资和土地等条件,缺乏对这些条件与"农民工"关系的深入探讨。本文通过外延和内涵两种途径,从户籍、土地、流动、目的和企业5个方面诠释"农民工"的概念,认为"农民工"是在异乡务工或从事个体经营的农村居民。这是"农民工"称谓的新释义。

| Abstract: | Rural migrant workers are a historical concept,whose titles are "Blind flow,Factory boys,Factory girls,Rural out employees" etc.The word of rural migrant workers spread widely and influence profoundly.Rural migrant workers’ definition is uncertain which the existing literature considers from household register,career,industry,labor relations,wages and land etc.It is lack of discussing the relationship of these conditions and "rural migrant workers" further.This article considers rural migrant workers is the rural residents who are employed or engaged in individual manage in the place other than their hometown through extension and connotation and from the household register,land,flow,purpose and enterprise five aspects. |
