基于综合农业区的农业经济发展差异与产业结构调整研究——以江西省为例

本文以县域为基本空间单元,以2000-2008年各空间单元的截面和时序数据为例,从综合农业区的角度,运用Theil系数及其嵌套分解法、空间相关模型等,结合GIS技术,探讨了江西省农业经济差异的动态变化及地域格局。研究表明:区域总差异经历了收敛趋同到逐渐扩大的过程,亚区内差异构成了农业区乃至全省总体差异的主体;差异空间集聚特征显著,并且集聚性先增强,后减弱;据区内差异组分与贡献,把各农业区划分为高值-上升、低值-波动等五种地域差异类型区;占主体的"H-H"、"L-L"类型地域分布相对稳定,分别为赣北、西北的农业区Ⅰ、Ⅱ与赣南的农业区Ⅵ;在此基础上,探讨了农业各产业对经济发展水平的影响,针对各农业区产业发展特点与存在的问题,提出了各农业区产业结构优化的方向。

Study on Development Disparities of Agricultural Economy and Adjustment on Sector Structure in Jiangxi Province Based on Agricultural Regions

Based on agricultural regions,this paper made an empirical analysis on spatiotemporal pattern of agricultural economic disparities by using the data of cross section and time series from 2000 to 2008.ESDA and multi-stage nested Theil decomposition method and space related models have been introduced to the study.Combining the GIS technology,this paper discussed dynamic change of agricultural economic differences in Jiangxi and regional pattern.The results show that: the main regional disparities go through the process from convergence to expansion.The main body of the differences of agricultural regions and the main differences of the whole province consist of subregion variation.It is significant for the agglomeration of differential space which first enhances than decreases.According to inner differences and contribution,all agricultural regions are divided into(high value-rise and low value-fluctuation) five patterns of regional differences.The main body patterns "H-H","L-L" distribute relatively stably in the north and northwest agricultural regionsⅠ,Ⅱ and southern agricultural region Ⅵ of Jiangxi.On this basis,each inner industry which has an influence on the level of economic development has been discussed.In the final part of this paper,optimum directions of industrial structure in different agricultural regions were pointed out according to problems and characters of agricultural economic development.
