加快农业科技成果转化 促进农业发展方式转变

保障粮食安全、发展现代农业、提高农业科技自主创新能力,都迫切要求加快农业科技创新和成果转化;农业科技成果的转化和应用,也从农业生产经营方式、农业产业结构、农业装备水平等方面,促进了农业发展方式的转变。目前我国每年的农业科技成果越来越多,但转化率一直不高,转化过程中还存在财政投入不足、农业企业实力薄弱、推广体系不完善、人才力量薄弱等问题。进一步做好农业科技成果转化工作,需要在加大支持力度、健全转化体系和培育企业成果转化能力等方面进行管理创新。

Food security and the development of modern agriculture,to improve the capability of independent innovation,it is a pressing required to accelerate the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements.Agricultural transformation and application of science and technology achievements,from agricultural production and management,agricultural structure,the level of agricultural equipment,etc.,to promote agricultural development pattern.At present,there are more and more agricultural science and technology achievements in China each year,but the conversion rate has been low.In conversion process,issues such as lack of financial investment,the strength of agricultural enterprises and human resources is weak,the promotion system is imperfect.In order to further improve agricultural science and technology achievements,need for innovation in support,performance evaluation,the construction of transformation system and transformation mechanisms,etc.
