| 摘 要： | 本文基于历年来河北粮食生产的统计资料,分析了1949年以来河北省粮食生产发展的变化趋势,以及影响粮食产量增长的因果关系。结果表明:单位面积产量、有效灌溉面积、耕地面积、单位耕地化肥施用量和农业机械总动力与粮食产量均呈显著相关;科技创新水平在粮食生产中起重要作用。提出了河北省提高粮食综合生产能力四项战略措施:即推动粮食生产由资源依赖型向科技依存型转变;科学利用和严格保护农业资源;增强集约运作能力,提高农机装备水平;通过粮食生产优惠政策的支持,提高农民种粮积极性。
