| 摘 要： | 为探讨外来种大花金鸡菊Coreopsis grandiflora对本地植物的化感作用,采用生物测定方法研究了大花金鸡菊叶及根水浸液对狗牙根Cynodon dactylon,翦股颖Agrostis spp.,结缕草Zoysia japonica,二月兰Orychophragmusviolaceus,石竹Dianthus chinensis和鸡冠花Celosia cristata等6种植物种子萌发的影响。结果表明：随着大花金鸡菊叶浸液质量浓度的增加,受试植物种子发芽率逐渐降低,质量浓度为50.0 g.L-1时抑制作用达到最大,其中对狗牙根、翦股颖、结缕草和二月兰有极显著的抑制作用（P〈0.01）,抑制率分别为39.33%,56.0%,53.33%和46.22%。大花金鸡菊水浸液对发芽指数的影响大于对发芽率的影响。受试植物种子总化感效应大小依次为结缕草〉翦股颖和二月兰〉狗牙根〉石竹〉鸡冠花。综合分析表明,化感作用在外来种大花金鸡菊与本地植物生存竞争中起重要作用。图2表2参25 |
