摘    要:从地理信息技术的角度,对森林火灾灾后评估的技术方法进行研究。通过对图元分割、面积量算和灾后损失计算方法等方面的研究,对图元分割、图元相交判断和图元比例计算等进行详细分析,求解火灾所涉及的小班数量与比例,并对林火损失的构成进行分析。通过林木过火面积和现行价格及有关的经营统计资料直接计算火灾损失并进行定量分析,提出森林火灾灾后经济损失的计算方法,形成了基于地理信息系统的森林火灾灾后评估技术方法。图5参11

Abstract:Forest fire is a great threat to forest resources of China, so we should strengthen preventing and fighting fire, and we also should do assessment algorithm after forest fire. The technique of forest fire assessment was studied from the geographical information technology. The paper analyzed the graph element segmentation, graph element intersecting, and graph element proportion calculation to find out the amount and proportion of the fire disaster. The paper had a quantitative analysis of the fire area and fire loss to establish a GIS-based forest fire assessment technique. Ch, 5 fig. 11 ref.]
