竹篾浸胶量和主要影响因素的关系

摘    要:毛竹篾片在常用的2122号PF树脂胶中浸胶时,浸胶量主要受胶的固体含量影响且呈正相关。胶的固体含量(Z1)在15% ̄35%范围内,浸胶时间(Z2)在1 ̄5min范围内,浸胶量(Y)可用Y=2.15-0.1611Z1+0.2500Z2+0.0121Z1^2,或用Y=2.90-0.1611Z1+0.0121Z1^2表示。

Abstract:The adhesive rate was affected by both the solid rate(Z1)in the adhesive and soaking time(Z2).The former had a positive correlat ion with the adhesive rate when bamboo strip was soaked in 2122 PF resin.The rela- tionship between the adhesive rate(Y) and above two factors was expressed y Y=2.15-0.161 1Z1 0.2500Z2 0.012 1Z12 or Y=2.90-0.161 1Z1 0.012 1Z12 when the solid rate varied fr0m 15%to 35%and soaking time from 1 to 5 min.
