| 摘 要： | 推进循环型农业发展有利于解决现代农业所面临的耕地减少,淡水短缺,生态环境恶化等资源、环境承载能力问题,具有重要现实意义。在分析循环型农业的概念、原则以及发展循环型农业的必要性的基础上,提出了以立体农业、生态链接与转换、农村废弃物资源化利用、农业生产资料减量化等4大类11小类为中心的循环型农业发展模式和以强化宣传教育,建立健全政策法规,推动技术创新,加强监督考核为主要内容的保障机制,从而为各地发展循环型农业提供一定的理论依据和实践指导。图7参21

| Abstract: | It is avail to relieve the problems on farmland reducing, freshwater lacking, eco-environment deteriorating by developing circular agriculture. The conception, the principle and the necessity of circular agriculture are introduced. Then, the circular agriculture development pattern are put forward, which focused on the Three-dimensional agricuhure, ecological link and diversion, reducing, and the guarantee mechanisms mainly includes intensify legislation, impel practical directions village waste reuse, and agricultural resource propaganda education, establish regulation and technique innovation, strengthen supervise and assess.
