施肥对苗期银杏叶黄酮质量分数的影响

摘    要:采用田间试验方法,通过单因素和配方施肥2组试验,研究氮、磷、钾等3种肥料对银杏Ginkgo biloba2年生实生苗叶黄酮质量分数和单株叶黄酮总量的影响。结果表明,钾肥对银杏叶中黄酮质量分数的影响最大,2组试验各水平间差异均达到极显著水平,氮肥次之,磷肥不显著。氮肥和钾肥对单株黄酮总量的影响均达到了极显著水平,分别以施氮3.2g.株-1和钾2.4 g.株-1最好,单株黄酮总量分别达1.09 g.株-1和1.00 g.株-1。其变化趋势与相应的单株生物量的趋势较一致。磷肥对黄酮影响不大。最好的配施处理是施氮4.8 g.株-1 钾2.4 g.株-1,最差的是施氮6.4 g.株-1 磷0.8 g.株-1。表5参15

Abstract:To research the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus,and kalium on flavonoid content of leaf of two-aged ginkgo seedling,field test including single diathesis test and formula fertilization test were done.The results showed that kalium had the greatest effect on flavonoid content of ginkgo leaves(the differentiation of both tests are quite notable);nitrogen took the second place;and the effect of phosphorus was little.When one seedling was fertilized3.2g nitrogen and2.4g kalium respectively,the falvonoid extracted from total leaves of one seedling were1.09g and1.00g respectively.Their diversification trends are similar to the trends of individual plant biomass.The best fertilization formula is4.8g nitrogen and2.4g kalium one plant,and the worst is6.4g nitrogen and0.8g phosphorus one plant.Ch,5tab.15ref.]
