摘    要:通过正交试验设计(L934),研究了超声波和渗透调节处理对油松Pinus tabulaeformis种子萌发和萌发前期物质代谢的影响。结果表明:聚乙二醇(PEG)渗透调节和超声波处理会对油松种子萌发和萌发前期物质代谢产生一定的影响,但具体影响效果不同。PEG促进种子萌发的作用随着溶液质量分数的增大而增强,其中质量分数为20%PEG溶液对油松种子萌发具有显著促进作用,并显著促进种子萌发前期可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质质量分数的增加。59 kHz超声波处理油松种子10 min,可显著提高种子发芽率和发芽指数,同时加速种子萌发前期淀粉的分解,并提高可溶性蛋白的质量分数。超声波和PEG渗透调节处理油松种子最佳组合为质量分数为20%PEG溶液浸种24 h,然后经59 kHz超声波处理10 min。表3参17
