| 摘 要： | 悬钩子是一种营养丰富，色香味俱佳的加工原料。利用悬钩子属中３种不同的果实，研制出糖水悬钩子罐头，悬钩子果酱，悬钩子果汁及其饮料等系列产品，并得到了３种不同果实原料各自的最佳处理方法和工艺条件。

Raspberry-related products including sugar-preserved raspberry cans, raepberry jam, raspberry juice and drinks have been made from 3 kinds of fruit in Rubus with knowledge gained in the best processing method, technology and condition for each kind of fruit. |
