长期定位施肥对黄潮土土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:以1980年建立的长期定位试验为基础,研究长期不同施肥方式对黄潮土土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,长期施用有机肥(M)和有机无机配施(MN、MNP、MNPK)均显著提高土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶以及碱性磷酸酶活性;长期施用无机肥(N、NP、NPK)显著提高土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶活性,而土壤过氧化氢酶仅NPK处理显著提高;说明有机无机配施更有利于提高土壤酶活性,其中,以MNPK处理最为显著。长期施肥土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶、碱性磷酸酶间相关性均达到显著性正相关。综合考虑,长期有机无机配施是促进黄潮土土壤良性循环、提高耕地质量的有效施肥管理措施。

Abstract:In this paper, yellow fluvo aquic soil samples were collected from the monitoring base established in 1980 in Xuzhou to study the effects of long term fertilization on their soil enzyme activities. The results showed that long term application of organic fertilizers and organic inorganic fertilizers increased the activities of catalase, urease, invertase and phosphatase compared to CK. However, long term application of organic fertilizers significantly increased the activities of urease, invertase and phosphatase and only the NPK treatments significantly increased the activities of catalase. Organic inorganic fertilizers were more beneficial to improve enzyme activities than other fertilizers with the MNPK treatments effective, respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between the long term fertilization soil on their activities of catalase, urease, invertase and phosphatase. Organic fertilizers and organic inorganic fertilizers were an effective practice for yellow fluvo aquic soil to promote virtuous circle of soil nutrition and improve the quality of arable land.
