摘    要:采用分光光度法,对烟草叶色缺绿突变品种Burley21和正常绿色型品种Maryland609在假植期、团棵期、旺长期、现蕾期和成熟期的植株中部叶片叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量进行测定,并对其晾制烟叶中质体色素类香气物质进行气质联用(GC/MS)检测比较。结果表明,Burley21和Maryland609叶片叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量在假植期及团棵期差异均不显著。从旺长期开始,Burley21叶片的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量均显著低于同一发育时期的Maryland609,但类胡萝卜素含量的差异幅度明显小于叶绿素。在两种烟草晾制的烟叶中共检测到质体色素类香气物质16种,其中新植二烯在两种烟叶中含量均最高,且叶绿素类香气物质的总含量显著大于类胡萝卜素类香气物质。

The Difference of Plastid Pigments and Aromatic Components in the Leaf of Two Kinds of Tobaccos with Different Leaf Colors

Abstract:Contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid in the leaf of Burely21 and Maryland609 were determined using spectrophotometer during the development of temporary planting period, rosette period, vigorous growing period, flower budding period and mature period, and the aromatic components produced from the chlorophyll and carotenoid in the air-curing leaf of Burley21 and Maryland609 were also analyzed using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) technology. The results indicated that there were no significant difference in chlorophyll and carotenoid contents in the leaf of Burley21 and Maryland609 at temporary planting period and rosette period. From vigorous growing period, the difference of chlorophyll contents and carotenoid contents in the leaf of Burley21 was significantly lower than in that of Maryland609 at the same growing period, but the different magnitude of carotenoid contents was much smaller than chlorophyll contents. Sixteen kinds of aromatic components of plastid pigments were detected in the air-curing leaf of Burley21 and Maryland609 in all volatile aroma ingredients, of which the contents of neophytadiene were the highest, and the total contents of these aromas from chlorophyll were higher than that from carotenoid.
