甘薯块根特性的生态变异及其与产量和品质的关系

摘    要:以徐薯25与徐22-5杂交后代为试材,研究薯块特性在不同生态环境下的变异规律,探讨甘薯块根特性与产量和品质的关系。结果表明,不同生态点甘薯块根特性的变异范围很广,其中薯肉色变异最大,薯皮色变异系数最小。所有薯块特性的基因型差异均达显著水平,薯形的环境效应达极显著水平;薯形受环境因子影响较大,薯皮色在不同基因型间差异更为显著,而薯肉色主要受其遗传特性与生态环境的共同影响。从相关系数看,薯肉色与总胡萝卜素、还原性糖和可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关,与淀粉含量呈极显著负相关;从偏相关系数看,仅有薯肉色与总胡萝卜素含量呈极显著正相关,其他偏相关性不明显。在育种材料的多点评价中,薯皮色设定的标准要严格,薯肉色要适当放宽标准,对薯形不能强求一致,而且薯肉色较深的品系可能富含胡萝卜素。

Abstract:Sweetpotato is the most important food and industrial raw materials in the world, which is nutritious, containing a variety of beneficial ingredients. Storage root characteristics include shape, skin color and flesh color of storage root, which have a close relationship with commodity of sweetpotato. Storage root characteristics are visible traits, nutritional qualities are inherent traits. What are the relationship between internal and external traits? The report is rare. In order to study the variability in storage root characteristics and its relationship with yield and quality of sweetpotato under different environments, we chose the hybrids of Xushu 25 and Xu 22-5 as the research object, studied the variation of storage root characteristics in different ecological regions, and explored their relationships with yield and quality. The results showed that storage root characteristics had a wide range of variation in different ecological locations, of which the largest variation was the flesh color, and the smallest was the skin color. All storage root characteristics were significant differences in genotype, the environmental effect of storage root shape reached to a significant level. Storage root shape strongly influenced by environmental factors, and skin color significantly differenced among the diverse genotypes, while flesh color mainly affected by their inherited characteristic and ecological environment. See from the correlation coefficients, flesh color had highly positive correlation with total carotenoid, reducing sugar and soluble sugar content, significantly negative correlation with starch content. See from the partial correlation coefficients, only the relationship between total carotenoid content and flesh color reached significantly positive, but other partial correlations were not obvious.
